Women's Ministry

The women around Grace are always up to something. We have two branches of our active women’s ministry: Ladies of Grace and Celebrating Women.

Celebrating Women

Celebrating Women meet monthly for a variety of spiritual growth programs and community building. Guest speakers, dinner outings, and movies are among the many activities, and each autumn we gather at Pigeon Lake for a Women’s Retreat. All women are welcome.

The Ladies of Grace (also known as UCW)

We are a group of ladies who are involved in a number of different activities.

1. We do catering
• We serve dinner to the Men's Club of Grace monthly
• Provide Coffee Tuesday mornings 10 months per year
• Provide Luncheons at funerals
2. Knit and sew together "Blankets for Canada"
• The ladies have completed 100 "Blankets for Canada" each year since 2002, totalling 500 to date.
3. Supply bibles to the Grade 3 Sunday School Children
4. Provide gifts to the Confirmation Students
5. Help at the garage sale
6. Convene teas
7. Organize the bake sale and arrange a bazaar yearly;
8. Help in all facets of the church

We get together every 2 months and enjoy a luncheon.  All ladies are welcome to join us... the fellowship is great!
